Who are we?
Residencial Perla, S.A. de C.V., operator of Hotel Vista Playa de Oro Manzanillo, hereinafter “The Hotel”, located at Carretera Manzanillo-Cihuatlán km 15.5, col. Santiago, Manzanillo, Colima, C.P. 28860; has assigned Lic. Rodolfo Larios as the person in charge of personal data and its processing (in this act, as well as in past and/or future acts), a role that consists of collecting, managing, protecting and storing the personal data of its clients, prospects, suppliers, distributors and/or beneficiaries of any of the Hotel's services.

For what purposes will we use your personal data?
The Hotel will collect your personal data and use it for the following purposes necessary for the requested service:
a) Commercial purposes:
- Carry out prospecting and promotion, in person and/or online, of the Hotel's services.
- Carry out reservation prospecting for the services offered by the Hotel.
- Promote offers regarding the services offered by the Hotel and other tourism-related purposes.
- Identify preferences to make your stay more enjoyable.
b) Tax purposes:
- Issue tax invoicing derived from the provision of the services offered by the Hotel.
- Issue invoicing for the marketing of the products offered at the Hotel.
c) Employment purposes:
- Carry out staff recruitment and selection, as well as the corresponding training and instruction for operational and administrative staff in accordance with the Federal Labor Law.
For the purposes described, the Hotel will collect your identification, contact and biometric personal data.
Additionally, the Hotel will use your personal information for marketing purposes, in order to provide you with better service:
- Send information-verification emails, reservation confirmations, service clarifications, and tax-invoicing reception.

Your refusal for the use of your personal data for the purposes stated in the previous paragraph may not be a reason for us to deny you the services you request from the Hotel.
